Motorola present the MC55

The Motorola MC55 is a special breed of mobile phones. Motorola’s Enterprise Digital Assistants (or EDA) are Windows Mobile-based devices custom-fit for the business. Motorola MC55 sports GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity plus Wi-Fi support. Apple software now supports Nikon’s top SLR
LAS VEGAS- Apple on Monday added support in its software for raw image files from Nikon’s top-end SLR, the $8,000, 24.5-megapixel D3X.
Apple’s Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.5 also adds support for Epson’s Epson R-D1x digital rangefinder camera, according to the Apple support page. Read the rest of this entry »
Mio present a new GPS phone - meet the K70

At an originally-created virtual online booth stand, sat-nav oriented manufacturer Mio presented their latest GPS phone called the Mio K70. The mobile has a 3.5-inch screen of WQVGA resolution, a 3 megapixel auto focus camera and runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro. Acer gets into smartphones with M900, F900, X960 and DX900

Acer announced four PocketPC’s, which we’ll roll out in a mo but not before a glimpse of what seems a properly done homework in terms of getting to know their market better. Acer have split consumers into three groups to pitch their latest releases accordingly.

LG KM900 Arena comes with multi-touch and graphics chip

We have some good news for the future owners of the LG KM900 Arena. According to the company web site, the newly announced full touchscreen handset will support multi-touch input and will come with a dedicated graphics chip. Windows Mobile 6.5 leaks
Windows Mobile 6.5 has leaked and it’s already been installed on an HTC device. However the users expectations for some major changes are now cooled off by this beta version.

Google releasing an unlocked G1 for developers at $399
As of now developers can get a fully SIM-unlocked T-Mobile G1 with unlocked bootloader that allows flashing of custom Android builds (no need of signed system images anymore).
